inconsistent stay, SOME service issues
slow elevators understaffed service
I had a few problems. the elevators were slow. i waited a lot and it seemed everyone else did, TOO. pool service felt understaffed and slow. Ordering took forever. hostess said staff was at capacity, but, honestly, i just wanted someone to take my order QUICKLY.

city view rainfall shower convenient location
The room faced the skyline and offered a great view of the city. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The location was convenient, near several shops.
Waiting for elevators could sometimes take a few minutes.

the two-bedroom suite was HUGE and very clean. it had very nice views OF the hudson river and jersey.
